Lorena Valdivia is an emerging artist with a unique approach that combines traditional and contemporary techniques to explore emotions and abstract concepts.
Her academic training in business provided her with key tools for the management and planning of artistic projects, while her experience in various disciplines has allowed her to develop a comprehensive and creative vision.
She has had the privilege of studying drawing, painting, design and sculptural ceramics with outstanding teachers at La Liga de Arte de San Juan, which has been fundamental in polishing her technique and enriching her understanding of art as a means of expression.
Likewise, she has worked with techniques such as screen printing, calligraphy, cyanotype, engraving and floral design, and has led the coordination of artistic and cultural events.
Lorena Valdivia’s artistic style is distinguished by its sensitivity towards textures, color and the interaction between the organic and the conceptual. Her current focus on mixed media art integrates recycled and sustainable materials, reflecting her commitment to the environment and her interest in creative transformation.
Inspired by the sky and the sea as metaphors for human emotions, Lorena seeks for her work to provoke an intimate and reflective connection in the viewer. She currently presents her collection, “El Cielo Eres TĂș” as an innovative proposal within contemporary art.
